Baseline Diagnostic Survey of Institutional Capacity of Tertiary Institutions in North East Zone of Nigeria.

Quick Projects Limited team designed and conducted baseline survey of institutional capacity of Federal Tertiary Institutions in the North West States of Bauchi, Gombe, Yobe, Borno, Adamawa and Taraba, for Office of the Head of Service of the Federation (OHCSF) under the Millennium Development Goals programme.
