Quick Projects Limited (QPL) is a business development and management consulting firm incorporated in 1995 to provide first class business support services, consulting and advisory services to medium and large organizations, conglomerates, public sector institutions and international development agencies. The company is also registered and licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria as Corporate Investment Advisers.

Dr. Victor Onuorah Dike is a Development Finance Expert, a Chartered Accountant, a Forensic Accounting Professional, and an accomplished Management Consultant and Corporate Strategy Advisor. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Quick Projects Limited, a leading multidisciplinary management consulting institution. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Applied Business Research from the Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos.
Dr. Dike is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing and Fellow of the Certified Pensions Institute of Nigeria. Dr. Victor Dike had been licensed as a Reporting Accountant by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the leadership competencies programme of Cranfield University School of Management, England.
Dr. Dike has over 35 years’ experience spanning various areas, including financial and investment advisory, corporate strategy, public sector reforms, SME and enterprise development, corporate governance, tax advisory, professional accounting practice, project management, and human resources management. He commenced his work career in the financial services sector. His banking experience covered investment banking, financial control, banking operations, mortgage finance, development banking, and consumer banking in executive management capacity.
Dr. Victor Dike was Country Chief Executive Officer/GM of the World Bank-IFC/STEP Nigeria Programme until 2004 before joining Quick Projects Limited. Dr. Dike had led and supervised various technical assistance, policy advisory, and institutional capacity development projects for International Development Agencies such as the World Bank, UNDP, EU, GIZ, USAID, AfDB, DFID-UK, and Conservation International.
He had consulted for various public sector agencies, including the CBN, BOI, BPSR, NIRSAL, OHCSF, and several Federal and State Government MDAs. His institutional capacity and advisory support to the private sector cover diverse industrial segments, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, microfinance, development finance, manufacturing, agricultural value chain, logistics and transport, telecoms, oil and gas, maritime, and media, among others.
Dr. Victor Dike is a renowned expert with publications in numerous international management journals, particularly in the specialized field of Corporate Governance. He serves on the board of several companies, including financial institutions regulated by the CBN. His professional affiliations include membership in the Chartered Institute of Directors, as well as social memberships in the Ikoyi Club and Lagos Country Club.
Emem David Akpan is a distinguished Business Development and Management Consultant with over two decades of expertise in designing, implementing, and overseeing high-impact development and intervention projects across private, public, and international development sectors.
He is the Director of Projects at Quick Projects Limited, a leading multidisciplinary management consulting institution. As a pioneer of the World Bank/IFC STEP Project, Nigeria’s inaugural Business Development Service (BDS) initiative, he has been instrumental in fostering the growth of diverse categories of businesses since 2002.
Beyond his pioneering work with STEP, Emem has steered numerous large-scale projects for leading international development organizations including the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB), Conservation International, USAID, UNDP, GIZ, Citigroup Foundation, BOI, The Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bureau for Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and various government MDAs. His consulting acumen spans corporate strategy, public sector reforms, SME and enterprise development, project management, and human resources management.
Emem’s extensive skill set includes agricultural value chain development, digital strategy and communication, monitoring and evaluation, and change management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Uyo. He is certified in Consulting Practice from the Maastricht School of Management and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Program on Organisational Leadership.
Ojajuni Olushola is an esteemed Enterprise Development Consultant with over two decades of experience in providing leadership and direction for management consulting engagements and implementing projects for international development agencies. He is the Director of Business Development at Quick Projects Ltd, a leading multidisciplinary management consulting firm specializing in institutional strengthening, capacity improvement, technical assistance, and project management.
Olushola has led various consulting engagements for both public and private sector clients, delivering exceptional value and satisfaction. His project management expertise spans a range of sectors including agricultural value chains, financial services, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and international development. He collaborates closely with key project stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
He has successfully led consulting and research projects for a diverse array of clients, including Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the World Bank Group, African Development Bank (AfDB), Conservation International (CI), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Bank of Industry (BOI), Bureau for Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL Plc.), and various federal and state MDAs.
Olushola is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Caleb University, Lagos, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. He has also attended various training programs at prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School and the Maastricht School of Management, earning certifications in organizational leadership and project management respectively.
