Evaluation of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) Pilot MDAs

Quick Projects was engaged by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) to evaluate the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) Pilot MDAs for the Federal Ministry of Information.

Determine the extent to which a comprehensive database for the public service has been established, the degree to which IPPIS has facilitated manpower planning eliminated records and payroll fraud, the extent to which IPPIS has facilitated convenient staff remuneration payment with minimal wastage, the level to which IPPIS has facilitated easy storage, updating and retrieval of personnel record for administrative and pension processing.
